As the general importer for Ferrari and Maserati, Ferrari-Maserati Cars Int. Trading (SH) Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for Ferrari’s and Maserati’s brand management in China, the provision of assembled cars and spare parts, the sale of components to authorized dealers, after-sales services, and technical support of products. It will furthermore provide its Chinese customers with customer service, whose standards are comparable with those of Ferrari and Maserati worldwide. |
| Qualifications and Educations : | | • Minimum five years of working experience in multinational companies, and experience as an Executive Assistant/ Secretary, or other related positions is an advantage;
• Strong time management skills and able to organize a working schedule to help superior’s time in an effective and efficient manner;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external personnel;
• In-depth understanding and work expertise on the duties of the CEO – Greater China, including relevant operations, business, policies and procedures within an organization, as well as working knowledge of office management principles and procedures;
• Adaptable to the demands of a commercial environment and political environment;
• Good judgement and decision making ability;
• Possess analytical capabilities in identifying problem areas and providing viable solutions in a timely manner;
• Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous and complex tasks with a good sense of priority;
• Trustworthy, respectful, self-motivated, and possess a cultural awareness and sensitivity towards others;
• Presentable, confident, intelligent, and accountable with a cheerful personality;
• Supportive and patient, with a good service consciousness and flexibility in handling sudden or urgent issues;
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently;
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian and Chinese;
• PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment), with a high-level of proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing programs not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the Internet, etc;
• Willing to work over time when necessary or for urgent tasks. | | Job Description : | Work closely with the CEO of Greater China and provide assistance in secretarial and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. Manage a wide variety of activities and confidential assignments in dealing with staff and the public. Represent the CEO of Greater China as a front desk personnel through providing professional support.
This individual acts as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies and assists in communicating with constituents, handling multiple incoming issues addressed to the CEO as they arise. Additionally, the Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the CEO’s Office and the HQ’s executive management team. |
