| Qualifications and Educations : | | General qualifications:
• University degree in engineering
• Well organized and able to work under time pressure
• Mother tongue Chinese, good English conversation skills is a must
• Background in engineering, at least 3 years of working experience
• Proven experience in project management.
Specific qualifications and skills:
• Ability to cooperate with Chinese licensing officials on a daily basis
• Effective communication
• Ability to reach projects objectives independently and despite strong time pressures
• Good knowledge of environment in testing laboratories, able to communicate with testing engineers in all kind of sectors
• Willing to actively support the development of company, including: operational procedures, client management processes, quality control systems
• Must be capable to work independently and to manage many different projects in parallel
• Strong sense of ethics.
