| | 公司信息 | The EU SME Centre functions as a Support Service Provider for European SMEs. Specifically, the Centre assists SMEs to establish, develop and maintain commercial activities in the Chinese market – through export and/or investment – by providing support through the provision of information, matchmaking and networking events and acting as a platform facilitating coordination amongst Member State services and private sector service providers to European SMEs, particularly at the crucial early stages of their market penetration strategy.
The EU SME Centre is operated by a consortium of European Chambers of Commerce, led by the China-Britain Business Council and includes the Benelux, French, German, Italian and Spanish Chambers in Beijing, as well as the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Eurochambres.

| 要求 | | Qualifications
University level education in Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
Other languages, including Chinese, an asset. Excellent computer literacy.
Excellent knowledge of the use of means of communication.
Professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 in China, in communications, marketing or related field.
Experience in project management.
Demonstrating good record in organizational leadership, staff motivation and communication.
Sound experience in formulating and implementing promotion strategies and relevant policies.

| | 工作描述 | This position will be responsible for the communication, promotion and dissemination actions of the EU SME Centre. The main tasks will be the following: • preparing EU SME Centre promotional materials, newsletters, multimedia, etc. • preparing awareness-raising material and undertaking dissemination and promotional campaigns/actions • coordinating the publication of articles from EU SME Centre experts • organizing workshops, events, conferences, match-making events, participation to exhibitions/fairs • updating the contents of the EU SME Centre website (in coordination with the IT Officer) • updating a media database
With respect to specific tasks/activities the Communication manager may also supervise the activities of external experts/consultants.
