Focus on the Manufacturing Industry”, on April 7th 2022, at 2 pm - 3:30 pm. The webinar aims to prepare foreign companies operating in the manufacturing sector looking for Chinese business partners. During this session, the CICC Mechanical Engineering Working Group will discuss with our experts which are the most important aspects to be considered while selecting a business partner in China, including the necessary background checks, different (legal) forms of cooperation, financial transaction, Merger, Acquisition and Taxation - Financial Due Diligence and Company Evaluation on Target Partner.   Background The main goal of the webinar is to provide adequate tools to companies participating in the B2B activities scheduled in April (date tbc), in Shanghai, during the CREATIVE WORLD LEADS THE FUTURE – China-Europe SME Innovation Cooperation and Development Forum.
