Job description: 

This position will be based in the production facility in Suzhou New District. The candidate will report directly to the China General Manager and will mainly be in charge of production planning and logistic coordination.

Essential functions

  • Accurately Plan and schedule the production in order to guarantee the on-time shipping of the products.
  • Managing all inbound, on-site and outbound goods flows, including shipping arrangements.
  • MRP management and forecasts orders.
  • Warehouse management and operations, including stock control and counts.
  • Cost control, monthly closing and industrial accounting report.
  • Communicate forecast and verify fulfillment from a materials, capacity and shipment perspective.
  • Facilitate the communication between the Head Quarters and the Suzhou facility during processes and production implementation.
  • Guarantee the on-time delivery of the material purchased on site, according to the Italian purchasing requests.
  • Coordinate with Italian Purchase, Service and Sales Dpt. for the daily operations.

 

Education Background: 

The ideal candidate will be an Italian able to speak Chinese and English with a minimum experience of at least 3 years in a similar position (e.g. manufacturing, purchasing, planning).

Competences

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Native Italian speaker, Fluent in English and with good Chinese

- ERP knowledge, preferred in Kingdee environment

- Flexibility and Adaptive appreciated

- Problem solving skills

- Communication and integration skills
