Give support to the GM
Coordinate all activities related to the administration of the office area
Coordinate with HR depart
Supervise the financial department of the Company and the relations between Employer and outsourced accounting partner
Coordinate and supervise the staff in charge for the stay of the personnel of the Clients organizing work trips and assisting them while in China
Manage and coordinate the activity of the receptionist, company’s car driver, canteen and cleaning staff
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the field will be preferred.
Previous experience in China is required.
Native Italian, fluent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills
This position is addressed to expatriate candidates
Good knowledge and understanding of MS
Patient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination & organizational skills
Attention to details & ability to prioritize workload
