Defining, in collaboration with Group Head of Business Development, the Plant’s revenue and profit goals.
Defining the short, medium and long-term sales strategies (divided by product, type of client and business) in order to reach the previously established economic objectives.
Managing the local sales force and its market approach methods according to Group’s guidelines.
Analyzing market data, economic trend, earning and profit margin results, competitors’ products and anticipate the evolving trends in order to maintain market share and a high level of competitiveness.
Maintaining and developing relationships with major clients and opinion leader in the market assuring new business opportunities in new sectors (Automotive).
Maintaining and improving internal relations with other plant departments (mainly Engineering Quality and Logistics Dept.) in order to streamline the decision making process and ensure that the client is given the desired level of service.
The position hierarchically and functionally reports to Group Head of Business Development.
Through management reporting lines, manages the Plant sales organization consisting of Sales Manager and related staff.

Degree in Business or Engineering.
At least 10 years previous experience in sales in multinational companies located in the local market.
Previous experience in Automotive with direct relations with the institutional OE.
Native Italian, Proficient in English. The knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus.
