Dear Members and Friends,
On Thursday, February 25th the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) organized the first seminar for the China-Italy Juvenes Professional Network (中J意 ) "Improve your work performance and be more prepared to excel in the Chinese market".
During the seminar, the two speakers addressed the audience of more than 40 young professionals approaching the job market in China providing insights on how to improve leadership and managerial skills to become more competitive in the job market following COVID-19.
Mr. Yulei Cao - Consultant of Wyser China - presented the new conditions of the labor market and the importance of leadership skills in facing uncertainty along with the skills of a good leader in keeping engagement and performance level.
Following, Mr. Jaap Hoekstra - Global CEO of the Kilpatrick group - Board member of the International Retained Search associates IRSA and Keynote speaker on Digital Transformation - discussed how to assess individual managerial skills and what are skills most in demand in today's job market to remain competitive.
At the end of the event, the audience had the chance to ask some questions to the speakers and go more in depth on the topics discussed.
