Post Event: Three Working Group Meeting - 24th November in Suzhou

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

The first Joint Meeting of Mechanical Engineering Working Group, Aviation and Aerospace Working Group and Suzhou Chapter was successfully held in Suzhou on November 24th at Cefla Finishing, with a good participation of companies’ representatives from three working groups.

The Meeting started with a brief presentation of the company business by Francesco Mura, General Manager of Cefla China who will go back to Italy soon.

Following was the welcome greeting and appreciation speech towards Francesco Mura held by Antonio Farese (Coordinator of MEWG WG) who summed up the conference of “Drive my Electric Car” that took place on  November 21st , introducing the upcoming conference UCIMU and Yangqi Lake retreat of Beijing to all the attendees.  Then, he organized the election of vice-coordinator and a survey of MEWG. CICC will publish the election's result soon.

After the election and the survey, Riccardo Coli (Coordinator of AAWG WG) who gave a brief introduction of the development process of AAWG, pointing out Italy’s indispensable position in the aeronautical world made a summary of events held in 2017 and the upcoming programs 2018 of AAWG.

After a coffee break, Riccardo Campanile (Coordinator of Suzhou Chapter) made an update of activities specifying especially the vocational training program collaborated with Suzhou Municipal Government. He also invited three new companies of Suzhou Chapter (Rina, Channel Marketing, Seiml) to present their core businesses to all participates.

The meeting was closed by the discussion of new trend, regulation and impact of the relative industries’ market. The audience has shown extremely positive feedback and interest towards it.
